8. Werm Just Walks Away - Green Room
Green Room is a film for those who love stomach churning tension and brutal violence, and it delivers both in spades. The film finds a punk band trapped inside a dingy green room after witnessing a murder, and the Neo-Nazis who run the place want to make sure they don’t leave alive.
The whole thing starts when super scary Nazi guy Werm commits the murder, and Patrick Stewart’s club owner orders he be taken away to a safe place. Werm and his friends are then given a batch of drugs to keep busy, which have been tainted so they’ll overdose and Stewart can cover up the whole mess.
Expect after the night has gone down, and nearly everyone else is dead, the movie cuts back to the apartment to find Werm alive and well, having some cereal. His friends have OD'd, and the suggestion is that despite causing the whole mess, he’ll probably get to walk away from it.
