1. The Riddler
Who He Is: A Gotham City criminal with a bizarre twist - an unstoppable compulsion to send clues to the police and to Batman hinting to what he's about to do.
Special Powers/Skills: His deductive skills and ability to contrive complicated puzzles rival and sometimes exceed those of Batman himself. He designs clever deathtraps and delights in watching his victims (sometimes the Dynamic Duo even) try to escape from them. It has also been stated he has a photographic memory, and vast knowledge in the fields of engineering, technology, and chemistry.
Who Should Portray Him: There was a rumor going around for a while before filming began on The Dark Knight Rises, claiming that Johnny Depp had been cast as the Riddler. And really, I don't think there's a much better choice available right now. Even if there is a better choice, you know you'd still love to see Johnny Depp play this character.
