2. January Jones - Emma Frost
If you've watched January Jones as Betty Draper on Mad Men, then you'll know that her character polarising but she can at least do some good acting as a cold and closed-off house-wife. Well Jones definitely brought that polarising aspect but none of the good acting with it when she was cast in X-Men: First Class. Emma Frost is well known for being an interesting and complex character who has considerably more layers to her personality than the layers of clothing she wears. What Jones did was take an interesting character and turned her into a mono-syllabic, emotionless, and completely forgettable woman who wore skimpy clothing and has a permanent case of resting b****-face. Bored suburban house-wife with daddy issues and a limited emotional range works well in Mad Men, but it just doesn't fit a comic book movie, let alone a character who is meant to be the perfect femme fatale. The only character with an emotional range within Jones' acting ability is probably Wolverine and you can probably imagine how that would turn out.
