1. Shailene Woodley
If Shailene Woodley doesn't break now, there's no chance of it ever happening. After logging her time on ABC Family's forgettable but popular Secret Life of an American Teenager, Woodley showed off her range as George Clooney's daughter in last year's The Descendants. Since then, it's only been uphill. She appeared in an independent film called The Spectacular Now, which was very well reviewed and garnered her some awards buzz for Oscar season later this year. She's also stepping into the role of Hazel in the adaptation of John Green's beloved YA novel The Fault in Our Stars. The film is a buzzing hive of anticipation, as the books' devoted fans wait in anticipation to see if they totally ruin it and Woodley fans wait to see if this is finally the thing to push her up and over the wall into Hollywood Mainstream. Here's hoping it does. For all of our sakes.
