13 Best Motorbike Chases In Film

4. Wallace & Gromit: A Close Shave

Wallace Gromit A Close Shave The loveable stop-animated duo Wallace & Gromit appear so high on this list because they simply do have one of the best motorbike chases in film. The side-car chase in the 1995 film A Close Shave is a fast-paced, hilarious and amazing spectacle, as the window-cleaning man and dog chase a van full of sheep. The classic motorbike chase was the invention of British studio Aardman, and the scene features a range of memorable moments. Gromit using telegraph wires to swing the sidecar 360 degrees through the air; the sheep standing on top of one another in formation through a tunnel; and of course the drop off the cliff are all fantastic pieces of animation, if not cinema overall. The sidecar has the distinction of turning into an aeroplane, and Gromit€™s porridge-gun-firing at the sheep van is just simply cracking. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dy9QeosTh7w

I like writing about films and hope you like reading about them too. And watching them, of course.
