10. The Bar Scene (Suicide Squad)
The Scene: Ahead of the final battle, the Squad has a brief respite in a nearby bar, where they grab a drink and bond as a group.
El Diablo (Jay Hernandez) explains why he became a pacifist, Rick Flag (Joel Kinnaman) de-activates the Squad's nano-implants, and Deadshot (Will Smith) learns that his daughter did in fact write to him every day. The gang then mobilises to take on Enchantress (Cara Delevingne) and Incubus (Alain Chanoine).
Why It's Awesome: Given how much of the movie's character development feels empty and rushed while the forgettable action provides little solace, this is quite probably the best and most effective scene in the film, and one of the few genuine moments where the group dynamic totally works.
Still, it's likely the scene was even more awesome before Warner Bros. put their scissors to it, given that several lines from the scene shown in trailers didn't actually make it to the final movie (namely Harley taking everyone's drink orders).
