9. Dane Cook's Melting Face - My Best Friend's Girl

When the star of your poster takes to MySpace to decry the idiocy of the poster, pointing out the lack of Alec Baldwin (a problem with many movie posters, and not just this one) and the general garbageness of your poster, you know you've done wrong. When that star is Dane Cook, you should count that mistake doubly. It's not just the boring composition, or the errors involved (like the fact that the eye-lines make it look like there's something awful about to happen over Kate Hudson's shoulder, and she isn't aware, but Dane Cook is really happy it's going to happen) it's the fact that the artist decided that Cook's head needed a trim. Thanks to an error in the way the offending head has been Photoshopped on to someone else's body, and a general idiocy no doubt, in Cook's own words it looks like his face is "melting off skull." It's hard to tell exactly what the problem is, but that definitely looks more like Bizarro Dane rather than Earth One Dane.
