14 Awesome Movie Robots You've Forgotten

1. Johnnycab in Total Recall

It's hard to imagine a creepier robot than the Johnnycab from the original Total Recall (cripes, is there a movie in existence that hasn't been remade lately?). Incredibly inhuman appearance, nonexistent legs, mindless conversation, and refusal to adapt to new inputs make this one of those robots I'd just as soon never encounter. I can easily envision an army of Johnnycabs going nuts and trying to take over the Earth in blatant violation of the Three Laws. Can't you? That's it for me. There are a LOT more robots that didn't make my list. I'm sure you have a few forgotten favorites. I'd love to hear about them in the comments. Maybe you'll introduce me to a movie I've never stumbled across!
