The Universe: Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, Michael Myers, Chucky, Ghostface, Pinhead, Leatherface, Ash and so on are finally confirmed to all exist in the same demented, terrifying universe where, frankly, nobody would bother leaving the house. Why It'd Be Awesome: Long before Freddy vs. Jason hit big at the box office, fans had fantasised about seeing a Battle Royale-type movie featuring all of the horror genre's most iconic characters. Plot logic wouldn't really matter much given what you're dealing with here: it'd just need to be a fun action film with a ton of idiotic teens getting gorily dispatched in-between all the horror icons fighting. Though setting up a film of this nature is a huge undertaking, it'd at least be great to see the idea being fed to audiences in, say, the new Friday the 13th, Halloween and Chainsaw Massacre movies, by way of Easter eggs that at least acknowledge that other killers exist within each separate continuity. How Likely Is It?:2/10. There's one major issue holding this one back: the legality of it all. Just getting Freddy vs. Jason made was a nightmare of red tape, so hurling half a dozen characters from different studios into the mix is practically impossible to get right. That said, it's not completely out of the question, especially as so many of these series are dead in the toilet and might benefit from the novel boost, but just don't get your hopes up.
