9. Jeremy Irons
Despite winning many awards and starring in prominent films such as The Mission, Dead Ringers, Die Hard With a Vengeance and the Lion King, Jeremy Irons is still one of the more under appreciated actors working today. Irons would add a great veteran presence to either the sequels or a spin off movie. Although he would make a very good Jedi in the mold of Alec Guinness's Obi-Wan Kenobi, he has the screen presence, acting ability and demeanor to potentially make an iconic villain if he was cast as an imperial leader and given proper dialogue. He would be the latest in a long line of Star Wars villains (James Earl Jones and Christopher Lee) with an awesome voice.
