What We Know: A third Bill and Ted movie has been in development for what feels like forever, picking up steam over the last five years but basically deferring back to the "we're working on the script" line again and again. Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon will reportedly return to write, while Dean Parisot (Galaxy Quest) is set to direct.
Why It Won't Happen: This one's just dragged on so long that if a studio really cared about it getting made, it probably would've happened already. Even though Bill himself, Alex Winter, claims filming may start before the end of the year, it's hard to put much stock in that comment with how many non-updates fans have already received.
Expect nothing, and be pleasantly surprised if it does actually get made.
