15 Awesome Scenes From Trailers That Were Stupidly Cut From The Film

10. Predators

For such an entertaining film, Predators sure was forgettable. The humans weren't as engaging as Glover or Schwarzenegger were and the setting lacked uniqueness, despite all the cool new creatures. The real issue is, as fun as the action got, there was little in the way of iconography to have the film stick in the mind.

The one opportunity for this, being the money shot in the trailer and all, was Adrien Brody€'s tough mercenary - a phrase that sounds more than a little oxymoronic - covered in Predator weapon targets. The scene appears in the film, but somehow the number of predators was cut by third. A lot less iconic (and intimidating).

What makes this moment particularly irritating is that the actual scene is in the film, just the effects aren't. Out of all the examples on this list, I feel this is the only one that totally really missold the film, promising a threat count that it couldn't deliver on.
