15 Best Things The Internet Has Done With Avengers: Age Of Ultron
10. The Actual Age Of Ultron
You'll either get this one immediately or the joke is about to be killed through explanation. One of the most puzzling things about Age of Ultron is its title. "Ultron" is fine, but "age?" Ultron only seems to live about three or four days, hardly long enough to usher in a new era of machinery. But then again, Ultron thinks and matures much faster than humans do (he was talking after only a few seconds, after all), so his subjective age might be different. What, then, is the true age of Ultron? Tumblr user Mike turned to the Microsoft app How-Old.net, which analyzes photos to determine how old the people in them appear to be, and got his answer. Since Ultron portrayer James Spader is 55 and Ultron's face is loosely based on his, he might be pleased with this result. Ultron would probably claim it was treason for a fellow robot to consign him to early middle age, but he generally doesn't like it when anyone tries to categorize him. Others applied this same app to the contemporary, somewhat more reasonably titled Age of Adaline.
