A six-year-old leukemia survivor in remission, Miles Scott had a dream and the Make-A-Wish Foundation was able to make it happen. Several staged events in San Francisco cast Scott as Batman in miniature, rescuing a damsel in distress and stopping crimes. The public event would've gotten some attention even in the days of old media, but it became enough of a viral sensation that a documentary is on its way.
