The Movie: A meeting of movie stars from different generations, A Few Good Men stars Jack Nicholson as Colonel Nathan R. Jessup, the arrogant commander of the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba. Tom Cruise plays Daniel Kaffee, a cocky young naval lawyer who spends the film's finale endeavoring to convince Jessup to admit that he ordered the "Code Red" that led to the death of an officer.

The Legendary Scene: As pressures builds in the courtroom, Kaffee continues to unweave Colonel Jessup's web of lies, bringing the court, and the audience, to the edge of their seats. It's difficult to be on Jessup's side - after all, he is on trial for ordering the death of another soldier - but Jessup is so damn impassioned and speaks with such striking conviction that you really can't help but commend his tenacity.

Aaron Sorkin's super-sharp script allows both men to flex their sizable acting muscles until Nicholson finally snaps, delivering the "You can't handle the truth" speech that finally, dramatically condemns him.
