15. Doc Brown Cameo - A Million Ways To Die In The West
When Albert Stark (Seth MacFarlane) is riding through town, he notices a strange light coming from a barn and goes to investigate. What does he happen to find inside but Back To The Future's Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) working on the DeLorean. Albert's presence spooks Doc, who covers it up with a tarp and tells Albert that it's a "weather experiment". Albert leaves and Doc says, "Great Scott!", accompanied by a signature Back To The Future musical leitmotif. It's a shame some of the movie's TV spots gave away what was easily the funniest and otherwise most unexpected moment in MacFarlane's mediocre comedy Western. To those who didn't know it was coming, to see Lloyd back on the big screen playing his most beloved character was a shocking treat, even if the whole exchange only lasts about 20 seconds in a wildly overlong 116-minute comedy.
