15 Greatest Cult Actors Of All Time

6. Bruce Campbell

You all knew ol' Bruce was going to be in this list. Aside from the fact that he brought to life one of the few "heroes" in a horror film that anyone actually remembers (it's usually the monsters that stand out, with the exception of Van Helsing), he's also become an inspiration for B-movie actors everywhere. He's proof that slumming it with the small guys and working in low budget cinema can still gain you a dedicated following, even if you never achieve the A-list fame you desire. This is the guy that created Ash. The guy that starred in the three best moments in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man films. The guy that brought characters like Sam Axe, Brisco County, Jr. and Autolycus to life on TV screens globally. The guy that created a meta-film about his own (lack of) success as a B-movie actor. The guy that wrote two best selling books about that very same topic. Bruce is the greatest B-movie actor ever. He had the gifts and the looks to become bigger, but for some reason it never happened. When it didn't, he stuck to his guns and remained a cult hero, throwing out some truly memorable and hilarious performances in some of the most ridiculously fun B-movies of all time. He deserves all of the love that his fans give him.
