8. "No One Thinks We Have The Balls To Pull This Off" - Widows

Steve McQueen's fierce heist thriller is packed with barbed dialogue for its ensemble cast to rip through, and Viola Davis ends up winning the lion's share of the A-grade material.

As Davis' widow Veronica plots to pull off the heist plans left behind by her late husband Harry (Liam Neeson), she tells her team of fellow widows, "We have three days to look and move like a team of men. The best thing we have going for us is who we are."

Alice (Elizabeth Debicki) asks why, to which Veronica boldly retorts, "Because no-one thinks we have the balls to pull this off."

This is one of those great lines that embraces the movie's primary thematic without feeling too heavy-handed or on-the-nose, and Davis' fiery delivery seals the deal.

Of course, they literally don't have the balls biologically-speaking, but as the end of the movie proves, they most certainly have the balls.
