Tom Hanks can do no wrong, so there's no reason to suspect that Bios won't be another memorable effort from the actor (who, let's face it, has achieved "legend" status at this point in his career).
While it's currently set to be released on April 16th, 2021, this is another movie without a trailer. Plot details are also scarce, though it has been revealed that it takes place in a post-apocalyptic world - yes, one of those again - with Hanks playing the last man on Earth, and the inventor of an android who can keep him - and his dog - company as they travel across what remains of the U.S.
So, The Road meets Cast Away?
That sounds like a premise that could be peak Hanks, and with his frequent collaborator Robert Zemeckis producing and Miguel Sapochnik (who has won a number of awards directing Game of Thrones) directing, this has all the makings of something special.
