5. Death By Giant Dildo - Cabin Fever: Patient Zero

Who Dies?: Sexy Lab Assistant (who, to be fair, has been rendered decidedly unsexy by this point due to the flesh-eating virus ravaging her body). Method of Death: Face caved in by a comically over-sized, black dildo (by Sexy Brunette #1, who similarly isn't looking so good these days). Why It's Awesome: While this third Cabin Fever movie might not be interesting enough to even remember which character is which (especially once all their skin and hair starts falling off), it does nevertheless feature one of the most absurd, gory and outright hilarious kills in any movie this year. After the two formerly sexy femmes begin fighting each other on the beach, they start tearing each other's hair and flesh off, before they wrestle their way into a tent. When the lab assistant tries to kill the brunette, her arms succumb to the strain and snap in half, giving the brunette enough time to grab the gigantic black dildo sitting in the tent and smash the lab girl's face into a bloody, toothy mess. As questionable as the rest of the movie is, this kill delivers everything gorehounds want out of a death scene: it's extremely gross, inventive and also pretty damn funny.
