9. Baywatch

Baywatch gets a few points for its game cast (even though several of them are summarily wasted), yet much like CHiPS, it's convinced that it's pulling a Jump Street when it's really doing anything but.

From the groaner of a plot to the hilariously awful visual effects, lame action sequences and excessive runtime, Baywatch stumbles at almost every low hurdle, and even fails to deliver on the basic promise of a little nudity, this being an R-rated movie and all.

It's clear that the shell script left a lot of room for the cast to improvise, but with so little to draw from, they're pretty much left treading water here for 116 stamina-draining minutes.
