12. The Wood Carvings - Brave

The historical setting for Pixar's Brave posed some pretty big problems when it came to including some of the trade-mark Easter Eggs Pixar had become known for. How on Earth, for example, could they shoe-horn in an actual Pizza Planet truck hundreds of years before the combustion engine was invented.

The solution came in the shape of the witch's wittling workshop, where we got to see wooden versions not only of the truck but also of Monsters Inc star Sully, who was reborn as a celtic engraving.

There's also a wooden tribute to Joe Ranft, the Pixar writer and artist (and occasional vocal star), who sadly lost his life in a car accident in 2005.
