18 Crucial Questions For 2016's Most Anticipated Movies

17. Is Finding Dory Just A Cash-In Sequel?

The Question: Is the upcoming sequel to Finding Nemo destined to be another soulless cash-in like Cars 2, or will it manage to soar to the affecting heights of, say, Toy Story 3, which arguably bettered what came before? The Likely Answer: It's a safe bet to expect a Monsters University-caliber sequel, one that's neither amazing nor terrible: there will be those who hoped it was better, while others will simply be glad that Pixar didn't embarrass the Nemo brand with a crappy follow-up. It'll be one of those enjoyable 7/10 films that just doesn't have much staying power and, though it inevitably prints a ton of money, won't be talked about for long, sitting fairly low in Pixar's canon.
