The Deepwater Horizon review section is full of complaints about flat story-telling, missed potential and English people struggling to understand accents (if you've seen John Malkovich's performance, you'll understand that in particular), but only one really laments the lack of a real framework to show off Marky Mark's genius.

The most intriguing review is almost certainly this one:

"I am surprised that a better movie was not made with this event. Characters were thin and underdeveloped. Just a maco mish masn."
