On Lost: In season three's Kate-centric "I Do," Fillion showed up as Kevin, a Miami police officer who fell for Kate, who was going by the name Monica. The two got married, but just before their honeymoon, Kate drugged him, dropped the bombshell about who she really was on him, and fled.
In the MCU: He had a small role in Guardians of the Galaxy as the monstrous inmate at the Kyln who threatened Peter Quill and got Groot's fingers up his nose in return. He also was part of an Easter egg in Vol. 2 that would've seen him as Simon "Wonder Man" Williams, and though James Gunn clarified why it was cut, there's little doubt Gunn will find a place for him in Vol. 3.
