Horror comedies can be pretty hard to get right but every now and then, a truly great one comes along. Tucker and Dale Vs. Evil is one of them.

A genuinely ingenious flick, Tucker and Dale is completely hysterical and sends up horror movie cliches in the most fiendishly entertaining way imaginable, while it also has several of the funniest movie death scenes of recent times.

Better still, Tucker and Dale is actually a really nice, touching movie with a lot of heart and it has one of the most endearing romances in the history of the horror genre. Who'd have thought it?

As well as being one of the best horror comedies of recent times, Tucker and Dale is also one of the decade's most underrated horror movies and nowhere near enough people have seen it. Oh boy, are they missing out.
