Where to even begin with James Earl Jones? The man's singular booming voice was enough to make him a Hollywood legend, per his incredible work in both Star Wars and The Lion King, but that's really just the tip of the iceberg.
One of just 27 people to have ever achieve the EGOT - winning an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony award - Jones had a storied career in theater before he ever stepped in front of a camera with his screen debut in Stanley Kubrick's Dr. Strangelove.
Outside of the aforementioned roles, Jones also gave unforgettable performances in Conan the Barbarian, Coming to America, Field of Dreams, and so many more.
James Earl Jones died on September 9, 2024 at the age of 93.
