Well, Julie Walters probably, but with her archetypical Englishness, infectious spirit and nurturing persona, you can just tell Judi Dench would make a sturdy Fairy Godmother. The Bond star already shares a likeness with the Disney creation, so all shell need is a magic wand and just like that she could be Cinderellas saint (just keep her away from pumpkins).
