Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves' most deranged moment occurs when Edgin (Chris Pine) creates an illusory double of himself to distract the guards during their heist in Neverwinter.

The illusion works well enough at first, singing and performing persuasively as Edgin, that is until it starts glitching out, its dialogue repeating relentlessly while Edgin's face starts "melting," his eyes going horrifyingly bug-eyed as his jaw and neck droop downwards.

It's a visual both extremely funny and unexpectedly terrifying, leaving viewers with an image sure to live on in their nightmares for the foreseeable future. The VFX artists sure seem like they had fun designing this sequence.
