In The Incredible Hulk, when General Ross decides, somewhat foolishly to give Blonsky the super-soldier serum, we get a flash of the label above, which not only features an incriminating Stark Industries logo to hint at the company's weapons background, but also a smarter and slightly more obscure Easter Egg. Further down from the Stark Industries logo is a nod to the Developer - Dr Reinstein - who helped to administer the formula to Steve Rogers himself, with the implication being that the good doctor either worked on both, or at least that the new formula is based on the same original formula.
