True, The Devil Inside is not the most famous movie on this list, and nor does it deserve to be. But if we're talking "controversial endings," there are very few that match up to the sheer infuriating power of this one. A poor and relatively amateurish handheld horror film, then, The Devil Inside has become highly notable for its lazy ending, in which the film just stops and instructs viewers to - yes - VISIT A WEBSITE if they'd like to know what happens. Seriously. The movie's protagonists are seen driving along, when - all of a sudden - the driver of the vehicle becomes suddenly possessed, crashing the car. Audiences are then treated to a title card that informs them that the case in question is yet to be solved, and that they should visit a website (www.therossifiles.com) to get more information. Who'd have thought that anybody could have such a cheek as to go down this route? Pathetic.
