18. Star Wars: Episode II - Attack Of The Clones (2002)
You're probably wondering why this movie isn't higher up the list, but given the disappointment fans experienced at the hans of Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace, it's true to say that expectations for the follow-up had dropped dramatically. Still, those poor folk who had their fingers crossed that George Lucas would atone for the likes of Jar Jar Binks with Attack of the Clones were in for a shocker; this is the worst Star Wars film of 'em all. Be it due to the fact that Lucas decided to cast the awful Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker, or because this movie is rendered so heavily with CGI that it genuinely looks like an animated feature film, it's almost as if Attack of the Clones went out of its way to be bad on purpose - as though Lucas wanted to really show his fans what a bad Star Wars movie looked like in the wake of the Phantom Menace's reception. Job done, George.
