10. Lucy Lawless Cameo (Spider-Man)

One cameo you'll kick yourself for missing is that of Xena: Warrior Princess herself, Lucy Lawless, in the montage sequence where New Yorkers give their opinions on Spidey. Lawless appears for a whole three seconds as a "punk rock chick", almost unrecognisable with her short, red hair, heavy make-up and unconventional get-up, saying the line, "Guy with eight hands...sounds hot." Lawless apparently made the brief appearance as a favour to Sam Raimi, who was an executive producer on Xena. Before you're aware of it, it slips so easily under the radar, but once you realise (or more likely, someone tells you), it's a startling, even distracting moment every single time.
