20 Film Stars You Definitely Won't Remember In 20 Years

16. Jason Statham

Jason.statham.gun_.1920x1200 I can€™t imagine Jason Statham having a very long shelf life. He€™s your generic action film actor, except he doesn€™t play it nearly as well as someone like Bruce Willis. His most recent hits have been The Expendables films, and despite being billed as one of the top stars, I doubt people are turning up to see him. It€™s all about Stallone, Willis, Schwarzengger. Household action names. Statham churns out a couple action films a year that all flop and no one really cares about. In fact, in his near fifteen year career, Statham has never starred in a film (other than The Expendables) that has opened to more than $20,000,000 (Box Office Mojo doesn€™t count Gnomeo And Juliet or Collateral apparently). He€™s far too generic to be taken seriously. Anyone can star in an action film. John Cena did it, and he is one of the most wooden actors ever to grace the screen. I can€™t help but think that if Statham tried his hand at wrestling, he€™d experience more success.

15. Kevin James

Kevin-James It pains me to say this, but yes, no one will remember Kevin James in 20 years time. Now excuse me while I go take a cold shower... I wish he would stop doing family movies. I think he€™s pretty funny, but he€™s just not on the level of someone like Adam Sandler. James is a bit of a newbie on the film scene, having been a TV star for a majority of his career, and his transition to film started off well. Then... he kinda bombed. There is only so many fat jokes you can hear before you€™ve heard them all. He needs to attach himself to Sandler more often to be considered a better box office draw, but even then he€™d only be remembered for being Sandler€™s lackey, if that. Sorry Kevin, I love you, but sadly, not everyone else does.
