The snobby hotel manager who was intent on not paying the Ghostbusters for the messy job they did in trapping Slimer at his high-class establishment was played by Michael Ensign. He also played real life historical figure Benjamin Guggenheim - a passenger in first class - in James Cameron's 1997 Titanic movie. Guggenheim was definitely more likeable.
