Kerri Green played popular cheerleader Andrea "Andy" Carmichael - a girl who was inadvertently embroiled in the Goonies adventures, but became an honourable Goonie herself by the end of the movie.
She also played John Candy's daughter in a movie that was released within a couple of months of The Goonies, making it somewhat overshadowed. That movie was the comedy Summer Rental, in which she played Jennifer Chester.
