Roll over, Pinhead, step aside, Freddy and watch out, Chucky, because Darryl Revok has a skill that puts you guys to shame he can cause a mans head to explode just by concentrating. Revok is a scanner, a psychic strong enough to control and destroy mens minds, the result of medical trials that went horribly awry. Like the X-Men, theyre perceived as outcasts by society and so a covert government operation attempts to locate them and subdue their power. This only serves to anger Revok, a megalomaniac bent on world domination, so he decides to send them a message by murdering a good scanner at a press conference. Imagine a more intense version of Magneto, with a shark-like grin and a sandpaper growl, and you can see why Revok belongs on this list.
