3. Chop Top (Bill Moseley) - The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (1986)
He may not wear a mask made from human skin, and hes no aficionado of power tools, but Chop Top is by far and away the creepiest member of the Sawyer family. Wearing glasses, a Sonny Bono wig and carrying a wire hanger, he looks like he was kicked out of The Damned for being too weird. And he has what must be one of the all-time creepiest habits heating the hanger with a lighter, then using the tip to scratch the metal plate in his head. Not without a sense of humour, hes a dab hand at improvising zingers (time for incoming mail!), but dont make the mistake of writing him off as a clown. Though prone to the occasional Nam flashback, Chop Top will still cave your head in if he doesnt like you.
