"You know what I'm going to get you next Christmas, Mom? A big wooden cross, so that every time you feel unappreciated for your sacrifices, you can climb on up and nail yourself to it." - Lloyd
Your mom might be the coolest person in the world, but at some point in your life, you have encountered the Martyr Mother, who could medal in the Guilt Olympics with very little effort. If you're lucky, she was just a friend's mom and not your flesh and blood, but regardless, you've all met this woman. And in this scene, Lloyd says what everyone in the world has been wanting to say. He calls her out on her nonsense, making it clear that he knows exactly what she's doing, and he does it with that perfectly cutting Kevin Spacey voice.
