Honestly, this line make the list for one reason and one reason only: that ridiculous robot voice. If you've seen the movie Short Circuit, you can hear it in your head right now just from reading the line. How can you not love a robot busting out insults about another robot's mother? It seems obvious in hindsight that a military robot that gains a more human-like intelligence from a providential lightning strike would obviously go straight for the mom jokes. But that doesn't make it any less funny. It's like what would happen if Bender from Futurama was somehow featured in a live action movie from the 1980s.
