12. J. Jonah Jameson Joins The MCU - Spider-Man: Far From Home

Spider-Man: Far From Home's stunning mid-credits scene sees TheDailyBugle.net airing doctored footage of the London attack, framing Spider-Man for the drone assault and also killing Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal).

From there, we cut to footage of The Daily Bugle's J. Jonah Jameson reporting on the story, played by J.K. Simmons just as he was so memorably in the Sam Raimi Spider-Man films.

And because that's not incredible enough, the scene then ends with a clip of Mysterio revealing Spider-Man's identity, leading directly into the insanity of No Way Home.

While most fans assumed Simmons' that involvement in the Raimi films likely prevented him from ever appearing in the MCU, he's just so damn good in the role that they couldn't resist bringing him over, logic be-damned.
