5. Spielberg, Lucas & More Cameo - Indiana Jones & The Temple Of Doom
Now, here's one that's a true test for your eyesight, and is only worth seeking out if you own the Blu-ray of the movie. At the start of Temple of Doom, when Indy, Shortround and Willie arrive at the airport, they're met by Dan Aykroyd's cameo character, and in the background, there are a number of missionaries and other extras either walking around or seemingly waiting for the plane. Though it's incredibly difficult to make out, reportedly Spielberg, Lucas and costume designer Anthony Powell all appear as missionaries in this scene. Good luck finding them, because it's truly blink-and-you'll-miss-it.
