9. "Nothing Kills Me. I'm Immune To 179 Different Types Of Poison" - Spy

The Line: A running gag throughout the movie is that clumsy spy Rick Ford (Jason Statham) makes outrageous claims about his spying antics to an incredulous Susan Cooper (Melissa McCarthy). In one instance, he says, "Nothing kills me. I'm immune to 179 different types of poison. I know because I ingested them all at once when I was deep undercover in an underground poison-ingesting crime ring." Why It's Awesome: Who ever expected The Stath of all people to steal the show in an ensemble comedy? He's firing on all cylinders in pretty much every scene, and though it's tough to pick just a single one-liner out of the lot, this one's so absurdly over-the-top that it just barely wins.
