8. There's Someone Inside Your House
Release Date: TBA
Stephanie Perkins' 2017 horror novel receives an adaptation to the small screen from director Patrick Brice, who has made a name for himself in recent years helming the supremely creepy found footage movie Creep and its sequel, Creep 2.
There's Someone Inside Your House is centered on Makani Young (Sydney Park), a young transfer student who finds herself caught in the middle of a serial killer's brutal rampage, as they begin targeting her high school classmates.
As familiar as that premise might sound, the film is being fashioned as a self-aware riff on tropey horror flicks, and with James Wan producing from a script penned by Henry Gayden (Shazam!), it's easy to believe this will be a playfully knowing slice of tightly-wound terror.
