6. Iron Man's Armour (Marvel Cinematic Universe)
There isn't just one Iron Man armour - there have actually been several (known as 'marks') - but they all tend to be relatively similar and offer Tony Stark different levels of the same powers. As a general rule, the Iron Man armours grant Stark vast super-strength such as the ability to pick up a car and at least give Thor something of a challenge in a grapple and a high level of durability he took shots from Thor's hammer and went blow for blow with other armours, such as Obadiah Stane's much bulkier Iron Monger armour in the first Iron Man instalment. He also has the power to fly. The most impressive use of this ability to date was probably when he pushed a large propeller on SHIELD's hellicarrier fast enough for it to restart, while he has also outraced F-22 Raptor fighter jets using his armour's thrust ability. Offensively, the armours can fire repulsor blasts from the hands and chest and contain a variety of projectile weapons, such as missiles. The inclusion of the artificial intelligence JARVIS means that the armour also acts as a very useful source of information for Stark. In addition, they also happen to look very, very cool.
