Originally released in 2017, this American-Japanese drama follows single, emotionally unfulfilled Setsuko Kawashima, who is convinced to join an English class in which she has to wear a blonde wig and call herself Lucy.

It's basically then the story of her finding herself through her new identity and falling for her teacher - Josh Hartnett - before finding out he and her niece were involved and flee together to America. She follows and thrusts herself into a brave new world.
