20 Most Disturbing Japanese Horror Movies Of All Time
2. Visitor Q (2001)
The Plot: A father has sex with his own daughter, a son beats his mother and a mother prostitutes herself to support her heroin addiction. This is all before a strange man enters the family home and introduces even more chaos to their lives. Why It's Disturbing: Takashi Miike's extremely low-budget film is certainly unique if nothing else, what with its unflinching depictions of incest, domestic abuse, drug use, rape, lactation sex (in which the nipples are squeezed until milk shoots out), murder, and necrophilia. It's practically impossible to forget two particular scenes: the visitor hides underneath an umbrella while the mother produces a rain of milk from her breasts, and the father murders a co-worker, has sex with her, and upon finding her surprisingly lubricated, discovers that the lubricant was actually feces. While the movie does have a deeply darkly comic tone, it does little to offset the nauseating grimness on display.
