17. The Heist - Ocean's 8
It would be wrong to ignore the fact that the first trailer for spin-off Ocean's Eight wasn't exactly very good, but there's still room for faith that Gary Ross can deliver something of what made the original trilogy so successful.
The two key elements to achieving that - or at least what worked for the George Clooney-led movies - are the assembly of the right team, which looks fairly well handled thanks to the impressive cast, and the heist sequence. All three of the Ocean's Trilogy had smart - occasionally complex - plots at their heart that unravelled in classic caper manner, and that's definitely a big part of why there's even an audience for this spin-off.
Hopefully, the heist on the Met Gala will be more than just a set of needless cameo appearances and has the genuinely smart substance you'd expect from this brand.
