20 Most Insanely Depraved Movie Moments From The Video Nasty Era

Anthropologists take a trip to the jungles of Colombia to study native cannibals. Instead, they find a band of drug dealers, using the natives to harvest coca leaves. After awhile, the natives are tired of being tortured slaves, and turn on their masters, as well as the anthropologists, thus filling the screen with gruesome splatter.

The tribe gets their revenge in many gruesome ways. In one instance a torturous "meat-hook" death is inflicted upon feisty female victim Pat (Zora Kerova). She's stripped of her shirt, and then iron hooks are bowed through both of her breasts. Yikes. She's impaled by her knockers and suspended by ropes attached to the hooks to bleed to death in the Amazon jungle sun.

This scene is just wrong on so many levels, each worse than the next. Not only is it rather convincing from a technical standpoint, but it's quite painful to watch even if you don’t have lady-boobs.  It's hard to imagine a worse way to go out.
