Quentin Tarantino's deliriously entertaining directorial debut ends by annihilating the majority of its main cast, leaving mortally wounded diamond thief Mr. Orange (Tim Roth) to confess to fellow robber Mr. White (Harvey Keitel) that he's actually an undercover cop.

White considers shooting Orange in the head, but before he can, the police burst into the warehouse off-screen and start firing, as White rolls out of the frame and their fates are left unknown.

Tarantino isn't typically known for his restraint, but this is a textbook example of giving the audience more by showing them less. We know that a whole lot of mayhem went down past the credits, but we're left to create the bloodbath ourselves.
